Most applicants hear back from the financing partner quickly after submitting. Once you're approved and you sign the bid, we can begin scheduling the project — Amberstone is a licensed Arizona general contractor (ROC# 311384), bonded and insured, so there's no separate licensing or permitting holdup on our side.
